Description SHIPPING SUPERVISOR - 2ND Shift Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in ShippingAble to work most Saturdays and some Sundays (50+ hrs/week)Past experience managing peopleGreat attendanceHighly motivated Position Description Read and analyze work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and evaluate current production estimates and outputsInspect materials, products, or equipment to detect defects or malfunctionsEnsure products are loaded on trailers correctly and in a timely mannerDemonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for trainingObserve work and ensure that operators conform to production or processing standardsMotivate and manage a large group of employeesInterpret specifications, job orders, and company policies and procedures for workers Compensation & Benefits Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage begin after 60 days of employmentPaid Time Off: Sick leave, vacation, and six (6) company-observed holidays401(k): Eligible on the first day of employment.
