Description Summary of position: Prepares items for shipment using correct methods and records incoming and outgoing packages properly. Duties/Responsibilities Verifies order from ShipStation and matches up TRF with shipping labels that they print.Prepares items for shipment. Knowledge of different shipping methods such as ShipStation, UPS. Assembles contents of outgoing packages in perfect condition. Wraps goods and packages in an envelope or a box depending on how many kits.Receives incoming shipments and checks them in and puts them in their proper place.Packs, addresses, and ships materials.Prepares waybills and related paperwork for commercial and other shipments.Ships out orders using ShipStation and UPS software, mailing machine.Operates computer, mailing machine and printers.Performs all other duties as assigned.Prepares kit components that are requested by different doctors.Assemble and builds different kits that we currently make sure the shelves are currently stock for the next day.Labels blood pour off tubes, urine cups, kit boxes, UPS lab packs, UPS envelopes. Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to read and write clearly. Ability to communicate information and ideas. Education And Experience High School degree or equivalent GED.Courses in typing and business arithmetic preferred. Physical Requirements Required to sit for 50% and stand 15% of time. Must have the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects of up to 40 lbs. Bending and stooping about 15% of the time. Required to stand, walk, sit for a period of the time. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
