Duties/Responsibilities

  • Verifies order from ShipStation and matches up TRF with shipping labels.
  • Prepares items for shipment.
  • Knowledge of different shipping methods such as ShipStation, UPS.
  • Assembles contents of outgoing packages in perfect condition.
  • Wraps goods and packages in an envelope or a box depending on how many kits.
  • Receives incoming shipments and checks them in and puts them in their proper place.
  • Packs, addresses, and ships materials.
  • Prepares waybills and related paperwork for commercial and other shipments.
  • Sherds out orders using ShipStation and UPS software, mailing machine.
  • Operates computer, mailing machine and printers.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.
  • Prepares kit components that are requested by different doctors.
  • Assembles and builds different kits that we currently make sure the shelves are currently stock for the next day.
  • Labels blood pour off tubes, urine cups, kit boxes, UPS lab packs, UPS envelopes.

Requirements

  • Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to read and write clearly. Ability to communicate information and ideas.
  • Education And Experience: High School degree or equivalent GED. Courses in typing and business arithmetic preferred.
  • Physical Requirements: Required to sit for 50% and stand 15% of time. Must have the ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects of up to 40 lbs. Bending and stooping about 15% of the time. Required to stand, walk, sit for a period of the time. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
