Under direct supervision, this position is responsible for the receipt, shipment, and management of incoming materials, supplies, and finished goods. Transactions must be promptly entered into the ERP and Rate Shopping Application in accordance with standard operating procedures. The role ensures all material movements comply with cGMP procedures and maintains proper workflow in the distribution center to meet demand. Occasional weekend work on a rotating basis is required.
Responsibilities
- Process, package, and ship orders accurately.
- Coordinate corrections of shipment errors through Customer Service.
- Pull and pack materials as volume dictates.
- Ensure order accuracy against documentation.
- Prepare shipping documents if necessary.
- Perform general duties including outbound processing, housekeeping, stocking, safety, and maintenance.
- Participate in cycle counts when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Distribution, Receiving, or Manufacturing Support (preferred).
- Prior experience with shipping applications and ERP in a regulated industry (preferred).
- Proficient in business environment software applications (MS Office).
- Extremely service-oriented, detail-oriented, and focused on internal customer needs.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Highly motivated, proactive problem solver, and self-starter capable of working both independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
- Stand-up forklift operation experience (preferred).
- Must follow ergonomic lifting techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Proficiency in English to read and follow documentation, training materials, and communicate (verbal and written) with stakeholders.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and transfer up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to successfully operate a pallet jack.
- Forklift operation experience (preferred).
Pay
For U.S.-based positions, the annual base salary range for this role is $18.86 – $28.29 per hour. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
