The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all inbound and outbound shipments within the manufacturing facility. This role ensures the accurate receipt, inspection, storage, documentation, and shipment of materials and finished goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting production schedules. The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator works closely with production, warehouse, customer service, logistics providers, and suppliers to ensure efficient material flow and on-time delivery performance. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal departments and external partners.
