Shipping/Receiving Specialist

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Process parts orders through the utilization of the Hanel storage system.
• Package parts/equipment and complete appropriate paperwork.
• Run orders through UPS or FED-EX Software.
• Generate packing list.
• Cook off orders through the UPS or FED-EX Software.
• Coordinate the truck shipments.
• Receive and check all incoming parts.
• Enter parts into the SMILE Database.
• Place parts in Hanel storage system.
• Provide information regarding shipments as requested.
• Maintain an orderly and organized work area.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A high school diploma or equivalent.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

• MS Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Well-developed organizational skills.
• Organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
