Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office tasks, including making appointments and answering phones
• Create Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Assign trucks to appropriate dock doors
• Instruct Hi-Lo operations on their next priorities
• Verify truck drivers' IDs
• Seal trailers
• Create switcher/shuttle moves
• Handle bulk receiving (if at M2 or Mazda facilities)
• Complete yard and refrigeration checks
• Verify the completion and accuracy of paperwork
• Provide customer service
• Control the flow of inbound and outbound trucks
• Perform any other necessary clerical work
