Shipping/Receiving Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties in support of activities related to the shipping of finished goods to prioritize on-time delivery
- Log order information into data systems, organizing files and distributing documentation across the supply chain network
- Maintain records and generate reports for accounting and operational teams to support transparency
- Communicate and coordinate with transportation companies to optimize shipping routes and delivery cycles
- Resolve routine transit questions and logistical issues while maintaining open communication with internal departments
- Observe and oversee inventory movement records to identify discrepancies and adapt distribution workflows
- Confirm the accuracy of invoices, bills, and charges relative to the shipment of goods to help ensure cost integrity
- Analyze documentation parameters to cross-reference carrier billing against logistics agreements
- Collaborate with accounting teams to update system data and resolve inbound billing inquiries

- One year of shipping/receiving experience
Target Base Salary Range
Range: $33,700 - $41,000
