Location: Tulsa, OK, United States, 74115. Positions are available at three Tulsa facilities:

  • Independence – 5500 E Independence, Tulsa OK 74115
  • Dawson – 3515 Dawson Rd, Tulsa OK 74115
  • Centergate – 5615 S 129th East Ave, Tulsa OK 74134

Responsibilities

  • Support loading and unloading the shipping and receiving dock.
  • Ensure receipts and paperwork for products, supplies, and materials.
  • Ensure all products, materials, and supplies are transacted properly.
  • Collaborate with drivers, vendors, internal and external customers professionally.
  • Communicate through the entire shipment and logistical process of all finished products.
  • Support the production team on necessary shipment and logistical processes.
  • Maintain a progressive, productive, positive, and collaborative work environment.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, etc., to transport products, materials, and supplies.
  • Perform all computer and systemic functions needed.
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas.
  • Inspect incoming materials and supplies for accuracy, damage, and imperfections.
  • Properly report and document shipment discrepancies and claims.
  • Partner with production, purchasing, department leaders, and other relevant parties to rectify damages, imperfections, claims, and other discrepancies promptly and efficiently.
  • Perform additional duties as necessary to support the department.

Work Environment

  • Office and manufacturing plant environment.
  • Warehouse driving such as forklift, lift trucks, etc.
  • Shipment transport, driving box truck, etc.
  • Lift up to 50 lb.
  • Sitting, standing, stooping, bending, and other movement as necessary.
  • Manufacturing plant – required PPE when necessary.
  • Position classified as safety‑sensitive; requires heightened awareness and adherence to all safety protocols.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Industry knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to provide consistent team leadership daily.
  • Experience with freight‑handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.
  • Loading, unloading, and handling freight and materials.
  • Managing inventory, tracking and accounting for inventory transactions and variances.
  • Knowledge of handling, tracking, and filing shipping and billing paperwork.
  • Strong, professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong sense of time management, scheduling, and prioritizing.
  • Teamwork and team‑building skills.
