Shipping & Receiving Clerk ($26-$30/Hour)
About the role
Oribi Manufacturing, located in Denver, CO, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join their dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations by managing incoming and outgoing shipments, receiving deliveries, and organizing inventory.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, registering them, and distributing packages within the company.
- Pack all outbound shipments and verify product labels and quantities with the packing slip.
- Determine proper packaging, handling, storage, and transportation methods.
- Print shipping documents (Air Waybill, BOL, SLI, shipping labels, etc.).
- Interact daily with FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, and local vendors and carriers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, dock plates, etc.
- Absorb and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Input and extract data from computer systems.
- Maintain inventory and assist with routine inventory counts.
- Cookorate with the Customer Service Agent to schedule pick-ups and provide tracking information to the shipper and consignee, accordingly.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures and complying with legal regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- A high school education or GED.
- Three to five years of similar or related experience.
- Strong customer service orientation, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building abilities.
- Critical thinking, sound judgment, and the ability to appropriately manage confidential, sensitive information.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Must be able to pass drug screen and background check.

Pay
$18.00 - $27.00 per hour based on relevant experience.
