Shipping/Receiving C Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Material Handling professional to join our team in Belton, SC. This full-time, C shift position reports to the Manufacturing/Warehouse Supervisor and involves inspecting, assembling, and packaging products to customer specifications, as well as moving materials within the plant.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders for assembly technicians and place parts in correct locations
• Load, unload, and move materials within or near the plant, yard, or work site
• Work with little or no supervision in a team environment
• Follow all company policies and procedures, maintaining a good safety and attendance record
• Learn multiple shipping and receiving processes
• Perform continuous heavy lifting
• Use computer and keyboard proficiency within a Windows environment (SAP, Excel, Word)
• Apply basic math skills, including knowledge of decimals
• Maintain inventory accuracy and customer service measures
• Obtain certification to operate a fork truck
• Work overtime as needed
• Operate hoists and material handling equipment
• Attach identifying tags or labels to materials
• Operate lift trucks to load and unload material shipments
• Pickup and deliver materials to and from storage and work areas
• Maintain counts, weights, and material receipt and movement records via computer entry
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance, with occasional overtime expected
• Observe and follow all safety rules, plans, policies, and procedures
• Work efficiently and achieve established production standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED highly desired
• 6 months experience in an industrial manufacturing environment highly desired
• Ability to routinely lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
• Close vision and depth perception
• Ability to routinely reach with hands and arms and use hands to fingers
• Frequently required to stand and walk
• Occasionally required to sit, stoop, kneel, or crouch

Schedule

C shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Overtime may be required as needed.

Pay

Eligible for a weekend shift premium of 11.11%.
