Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team in South Milwaukee, WI.
Pay
$22.50 per hour with a $2.50/hr shift premium for off shifts. Salaries are based on candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Schedule
1st shift core hours: 6:30 am – 2:30 pm. Overtime may exceed these hours and be mandatory at times.

Responsibilities
- Record incoming and outgoing shipments
- Manage the inventory system
- Material handling, packing, and crating shipments
- Interface with other departments regarding material flow
- Operate forklifts to sustain material flow
- Perform repetitive sub-assembly and final assembly operations on standard product lines
- Work from specifications and communicated instructions
- Perform job duties including crating, shipping & receiving, data entry, parts packing, loading and unloading trailers
- Train on at least one work center within the Shipping and Receiving department
- Contribute suggestions for methods or product improvement
- Foster an environment that promotes Eaton’s goals and continuous improvement
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum of one year of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to obtain forklift certification
- Ability to work overtime when required
