Expectations and Requirements
- Perform a variety of shipping and receiving tasks in a manufacturing environment.
- Preferred high experience and forklift training.
- Handle physical requirements including sitting, standing, walking, climbing, squatting/kneeling, bending/stooping, twisting/turning, handling/grasping, reaching overhead, reaching outward, using foot controls, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds from ground level to chest level.
- Age requirement: Over 18 and authorized to work in the United States.
- Driving record: Clean driving record preferred.
- Attendance and attitude: Great attendance and a great attitude are two of the best predictors of long-term success at Creative Foam.
