Primary Responsibilities
- Generate Shippers, Invoices and ASN’s as required by procedures and customer requirements.
- Post receipts of components and MRO items in QAD.
- Post receipts of MRO items in EAM.
- Distribute paperwork per procedures.
- Capture and report information required to create reports as needed.
- Support Supervision regarding security, 5S, risk mitigation and other activities related to the correct working processes in the department.
Qualifications
- Required: High School Graduate or similar.
- Prior experience in Shipping and Receiving is beneficial.
- Knowledge of ERP system especially QAD is helpful.
