Sales Assistant

First National Bank of America is seeking an engaging Sales Assistant to assist the Account Executive(s) with getting a new mortgage file set up and ready for processing. The ability to do this accurately and efficiently is important to the processing of the file from start to finish so that the loan closes on time. Leads and resources are provided for this role. Responsibilities:Sorting/splitting/labeling docs when a file is submittedCommunicate with broker to collect necessary documents and agreementsIncome calculation, complete Income workbookCommunicate with internal parties to complete processes necessary to help the files through the processFollow up on eConsent/eSign/Intent to Proceed (ITP)Lending tech loginsUpdate Encompass contacts/new CRMQualifications:1 year of mortgage or lending experience preferred1 year of sales experience preferredWill train the right candidateBilingual fluency in Spanish and English is a bonusEmployee benefitsMedical – Multiple plans to choose from including HSA and traditional.
