Shipping/Receiving Asset Manage Technician - Bath, ME

The client is in a controlled goods program environment and must comply with the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), which mandates that all applicants be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
Responsibilities
- Perform all order fulfillment and warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, stocking, storing, and inventory of materials to ensure that company warehousing needs are met.
- Receive material and verify count against documents to ensure that all materials are received according to agreed-upon quantities.
- Process requests for items, pull and assemble kits for shipping, prepare and pack items for shipment to ensure that all items are addressed and shipped to appropriate locations.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments and ensure that all items are cataloged and then placed in appropriate locations in the warehouse.
- Provide leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.
- Contact business unit personnel, courier services, vendors, and other relevant parties to ensure accurate delivery and pick-up of all shipments.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the service delivery transaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. or related experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehousing.
- Experience working with shipping and receiving policies.
- Experience working with domestic and international shipping/freight regulations and procedures.
- Ability to lift and move shipments and equipment (approximately 50 lbs).
- Ability to operate hand truck, pallet jack, or other mechanized material handling equipment.
- Experience working with the company's hardware, software, and equipment products.
- Experience working with customer technology and support requirements.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday, 1st shift.
- Occasionally may require weekend work.
- This position is 100% on-site in Bath, ME.
