Shipping & Receiving - 2nd shift

Responsibilities
- Maintains accurate records for production control in order to inventory all parcels, materials, and chemicals received into the building
- Notify departments of items received and organize timely shipment of all items to the designated departmental location
- Rotate stock in chemical storage and other storage areas
- Communicate regularly with managers and supervisors on received materials and any delay of expected shipments
- Verify and keep records on all incoming shipments
- Enter receipt of materials into the Company inventory system
- Handle paperwork, and perform day-to-day administrative tasks
Essential Knowledge and Skills
- Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly in English
- Must have strong mathematical skills
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office and inventory database platforms
- Able to lift up to 50lbs, and exercise extreme physical mobility
- Must have a clean driving record, a valid unrestricted driver’s license and be able to pass the forklift certification program
- Have good reading, vision, and is able to speak clearly, and stand for extended periods of time
Education and Experience
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Preferred Experience: No experience necessary.

- Benefits are available on the 1st of the month following date of hire.
- For some positions, only PTO and holiday benefits are offered.
- The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.
- A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $33,185 - $49,778.
- Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.
Export Statement
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to:
- Being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents;
- Recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation;
- Understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL);
- Understanding the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US;
- Managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
