Shipping Quality Control Clerk
Role Summary
As the Pick to Light and Shipping Quality Clerk you will have several primary tasks all related to support the Lead running the production area. You will manage the Hospital line and address orders for missing products. You will manage the shipping and tote lines for maximum efficiency. You will help in batch picking orders at the end of day. You will support the Inventory Control Team with needs for inventory management.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Hospital line and address all totes / orders and determine the course of action needed for each
- Provide instructions to the team to be able to complete tasks safely and effectively
- Help train new team members and ensure they are following best business practices
- Avoid compliance with safety policies and procedures
- Find solutions to routine production issues
- Assist other work teams in times of high demand
- Manage the Shipping and tote lines throughout the day. Downstack, restack, clear jams, restart lines etc.
Requirements
- Will have to learn and understand the Infios and Exacta systems
- Will have to learn and understand how to balance order flow to shipping
- Will have to learn how to operate the Ranpak Voidfill machine
- Will have to learn how to reset PTL / Shipping lines mechanically and systemically
- Will have to learn how to operate the Tote Tenders
- Become proficient at inventory management for the PTL cells
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Ability to fully carry out instructions
- Ability to work with teams from multiple departments and disciplines
- Ability to work with a diverse workforce
Position Type
This is a full-time exempt position. Schedule Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Schedule may vary due to business needs - flexibility is expected

Salary
$17 per hour
