About the role

Marlboro Manufacturing, a leader in continuous hinge manufacturing, is looking for full-time candidates to work in our manufacturing facility as a Picker Packer.

Schedule

Full-time position with 8-hour shifts, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Requirements

• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be safety conscious and follow safety rules
• Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
• Basic computer and math skills
• Attendance is key
• Must pass drug and alcohol test

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend and stand to verify part counts
• Must be able to carry out instructions and training both in written or verbal form
• Shows the ability to use measuring tools, tape measure, calipers
• Be able to or learn and set up weigh scales and counting scales
• Has the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating paperwork, blueprints
• Prior knowledge of air tools and banding equipment is helpful
• Strive to reach department-wide production goals
• Must be able to work with others
