Responsibilities
- Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
- Operate wrapping equipment
- Select and stack order items on pallets according to the packing list
- Aid other shipping and receiving material handlers to balance the workload, organize warehouses, keep stock and materials orderly, and perform general cleaning
- Follow rules and procedures related to the safe and efficient operation of the forklift
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety rules
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 6 months experience operating a forklift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds consistently
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available to work 2nd shift 2pm-10pm
Pay
Starting salary for position: $26.79 per hour plus $0.35 shift differential.
Annual bonus: Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
