Shipping Operator - 1st Shift

Schedule

Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders
• Assisting in cycle count process
• Loading trucks and shipping orders
• Assisting with pallet yard, ensuring it is kept clean and distributed throughout the plant
• Following 5S in the warehouse

Requirements

• Forklift skills a plus
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to prioritize tasks and responsibilities
• Experience working with inventory and material movements preferred

Pay

The hourly pay range for this role is $20.00 to $22.00. This range reflects the good-faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classified as non-exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees in this position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, or other forms of compensation, depending on role and location. Actual compensation will depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training, certifications, and work location.
