1st Shift Shipping/Packing Operator

Location: Troy, Ohio (On-Site)

Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Reports to: Shipping Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Prepare outgoing shipments and receive incoming shipments
• Organize inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in
• Review incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations
• Keep your work area clean and safe
• Work with a team that values hard work and reliability

Requirements

• 2+ years of shipping/packing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Use of handheld scanner and working with a warehouse management system
• Ability to lift, climb, and stand repeatedly
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation
