Shipping Material Handler

About the role

Revolution is seeking a motivated Shipping Material Handler with strong attention to detail for a full-time permanent position in Balch Springs, Texas. This role operates in a clean and safe working environment with a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Accurately record and put inventory away.
• Process material requests from other departments.
• Perform cycle counts, verifications, and audits.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle and care for finished and corrugated goods properly.
• Inspect outgoing goods for accuracy and quality.
• Organize stock efficiently using a sit-down forklift.
• Stage orders prior to shipping.
• Pull orders when ready to ship.
• Inspect trucks prior to loading to ensure safety compliance.
• Verify trucks are loaded with the correct product.
• Complete necessary paperwork.

Requirements

• Experience in a warehouse environment.
• Must be able to stay calm and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• At least 6 months of forklift experience.
• Experience with hand pallet jack.
• Experience with RF scanning devices.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, individually and repeatedly.
• Comfortable working in a non-temperature-controlled environment.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities within the workday.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Weekends are mandatory based on business need.
