Responsibilities
- Move, stage, and organize products throughout the warehouse
- Prepare shipments accurately and efficiently
- Load and unload materials safely
- Support inventory flow and production operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work closely with a team to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements
No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right person who demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability.
Benefits

Pay
Overtime opportunities lead to larger weekly paychecks.
Schedule
Full‑time 1st shift, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM on a rotating Panama schedule.
- The Panama schedule follows a 2‑2‑3 pattern: work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, then rotates.
- Every other weekend is a 3‑day weekend.
- Fewer workdays each month.
