Shipping & Logistics Coordinator (32 hour position)

About the role

The Shipping & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics and shipping processes within the company. This role ensures that all shipments are handled efficiently and in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including tracking and updating shipment status.
• Coordinate with suppliers and carriers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of all shipments and deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding shipments and provide timely responses.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Experience with shipping software and systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
