Responsibilities
- Picks correct product for current orders.
- Remains aware of incoming trucks.
- Effectively uses inventory scan guns.
- Loads trucks with orders, checking type of product, number of cases, etc.
- Keeps coolers organized.
- Stores product correctly, per department standards.
- Ensures proper rotation is being followed.
- Obtains and maintains PIT license.
- Completes required safety forms.
- Ensures trucks are properly chalked.
- Follows standard work methods and established safety procedures.
- Follows all GMPs.
- Performs work as assigned by Shipping Supervisor or Lead.
- Displays work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
- Maintains a clean, uncluttered, safe work area.
- Maintains positive attitude and interpersonal interactions.
- Maintains consistent, regular attendance.
- Is prompt and punctual.
- Is efficient with time.
- Displays appropriate, professional, courteous work behavior.
- Checks both bulletin boards and break room monitors frequently (minimum 3 times weekly) for news and updates.
- Remains available to work in all areas of production.
- Attends all scheduled Company and departmental meetings.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.
Requirements
- Ability to read and write English.
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, especially as to where orders are placed.
- Must be willing to get Case Farms PIT Operator Certification.

- Must possess the agility to negotiate around moving machinery and people.
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to move skids using a powered pallet jack rider, powered pallet jack walkie, forklift or KD.
