Shipping Lead - 3rd shift

Requirements

• Must have Forklift Operator experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting.
• Must have 2 years of operational experience in the last 5 years.
• Must possess strong computer skills and apply technology in the workplace.
• Must comply with all safety regulations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Must have an excellent work ethic and attention to detail.
• Must have the ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Must read and understand order specs, load tags, and order sheets.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent military technical training.

Qualifications

Must be available to work 3rd Shift (11p-7a), with frequent overtime up to 4 hours daily. Must have strong attendance and safety records, and be available to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as required.

The starting rate is $25.67 per hour, depending on your role, level, and location. The benefits for this role may include short-term bonus incentive, health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts or health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and paid sick leave as required by applicable state/local law. 5 days of paid vacation will be granted after 1 year of service, and 11 days of paid holidays, subject to annual change. Your actual pay will be based on your work location and other factors, such as your skills, experience, and education.
