Shipping I
Responsibilities
- Aid in the preparation and staging of products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Participate in loading activities under supervision.
- Perform basic scanning and verification tasks.
- Assist with restaging, sorting, and inventory accuracy tasks.
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
- Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and warehouse procedures.
- Learn and develop towards Shipping II responsibilities.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, and moving throughout the warehouse.
- Repetitive lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
- Bending, stooping, reaching, and twisting.
- Safe handling of glass, frames, and finished goods.
- Using basic scanning equipment and performing simple computer tasks.
- Standing for extended periods during a 10–12 hour shift.
- Fine motor skills for handling tools, scanning, and documentation.
- Visual inspection capability to identify product quality issues.
- Walking on concrete floors throughout the shift.
- Sustaining a consistent work pace throughout shift.
- Strong attention to detail in staging and verification tasks.
