Shipping Coordinator

About the role

The Shipping Coordinator will oversee the efficient movement of goods within the manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with all shipping policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound shipments, including tracking and updating shipment statuses.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Prepare shipping documents and manage carrier relationships.
• Handle returns and exchanges according to company policy.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with warehouse staff to maintain stock availability.
• Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with shipping software and systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
