Shipping Coordinator

About the role

The Shipping Coordinator is responsible for managing the logistics and coordination of shipments, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipment schedules and coordinate with carriers to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Handle inbound and outbound shipping requests, including documentation and tracking.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
• Prepare and submit shipping documents and reports as required.
• Resolve shipping issues and discrepancies, working closely with internal departments and external partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with shipping software and systems.

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
