Shipping Coordinator
Responsibilities
- Aid drivers in check-in and assign doors.
- Print delivery receipts and packing lists for hand delivery and pick up orders.
- Maintain workflow for the warehouse and plan waves for pick up, hand delivery, and parcel orders.
- Troubleshoot pick up and hand delivery orders.
- Create manual labels (FedEx or UPS) as needed.
- Assist customer service with inquiries for pick up and hand delivery.
- File proof of delivery (POD), pick tickets, and bill of lading (BOL) documents.
- Ensure PU and HD orders are completed by the end of the day.
Requirements
- Two or more years of experience in logistics.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with WMS systems and concepts.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Critical thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong organization and follow-up skills.
- High sense of urgency to resolve issues.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
