Shipping Coordinator - AR

About the Role

Coordinates the movement and control of material through the shipment department.

Responsibilities

• Pulls customer orders and prepares them for shipment.
• Loads and unloads trucks.
• Processes small packages (UPS/FEDEX).
• Keys or scans shipping transactions into the manufacturing system.
• Copies and distributes paperwork, as needed.
• Maintains records and files paperwork in accordance with established procedures.
• May manually handle, repack, or repalletize materials.
• Operates a forklift truck, pallet jack, parts counting scales, stretch wrapper, and other material handling devices.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and numerical ability.
• Minimum of three (3) months relevant work experience.
• Forklift experience.

Physical/Environmental Requirements

• Frequent sitting, standing, walking, carrying, stooping, and crouching.
• Gross and manual dexterity.
• Motor coordination skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Pay

$20.00 - $21.00/hour (DOE).
