Responsibilities
- Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
- Dispatching activities to include speaking with drivers prior to pick up and communicating known deviations from planned service to appropriate personnel.
- Track and Trace pick-ups, in-transit, and emptying of loads, entering information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Replies to customer status emails.
- Learn driver / carrier lane preferences and frequency and share info with Brokers + Carrier Development.
- Perform detention monitoring and communication to CSRs, Acct Manager, and Broker-of-Record.
- Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
