Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees at all levels.

Must have the ability to complete assignments within required timelines.

Must be flexible regarding working hours and overtime, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 40 pounds occasionally.

Requirements

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of shipping or logistics experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of shipping documentation, inventory processes, and picking/packing procedures.
  • Basic math skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow documented procedures and maintain accurate records.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Ability to operate a stand-up forklift or willingness to become certified.
  • Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
  • Experience with domestic and international shipping is a plus.
  • Understanding of customs requirements, Lean, Six Sigma, or ISO environments is a plus.
