Responsibilities

• Answer questions and changes about orders from customer service
• Respond to any and all emails pertaining to shipping or receiving questions or needs
• Print Picking Tickets for orders to be pulled for customers
• Input completed customer orders pulled and generate packing list and pallet list with BOL to be attached to order
• Call in freight to be picked up every day
• Provide directions to truck drivers
• Audit inbound and outbound shipments
• Audit hot orders as needed
• Assist with quarterly inventory
• Comply with all Employee Conduct and Work Rules
• Comply with all Company policies
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Shipping experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred

• Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance
• Sit for prolonged periods
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds

• Close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus required
• Work in a professional office environment with a moderate noise level
• May occasionally enter the warehouse environment, where exposure to moving equipment, varying temperatures, and other warehouse conditions may occur
