Responsibilities
- Completes a daily time card
- Follows sales orders to ship computer report
- Follows site safety rules
- Adheres to the site Quality Policy
- Counts, packages, and labels parts for inventory and shipping
- Enters shipping data into the ERP system
- Packages parts individually by hand
- Engraves parts by hand
- Engraves parts using a marking machine
- Assembles O-ring kits
- Cosats parts with silicone, armorall, or customer specified lubricant
- Follows customer specific shipping instructions
- Follows additional duties as required by customer/business changes
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent experience
- Minimum experience of 6 months in a shipping department
- Must read, write, and speak English
- Must have or be able to obtain a permit to operate a forklift
- Overtime and weekend work may be required
- This position requires the use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to work in an area where temperature varies from 60 to 105°F
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Able to stand on a concrete floor for up to 10 hours per day
