Shipping Cell Lead - 1st Shift - $27.00/hr

Job Summary

Aid in coordinating production activities to meet production specifications, schedules, and quality standards. Requires knowledge of JDEdwards and SAP systems.

What Will You Do?

• Complete repetitive tasks and follow procedures and written/verbal instructions
• Manage time and resources effectively through organizational skills and independent decision-making
• Track and update relevant metrics, record efficiency issues, and contribute to continuous improvement
• Resolve technical and resource issues on the production line
• Ensure team members are trained and maintain competencies
• Lead a small production team and resolve issues as necessary
• Participate in safety programs and foster a culture of quality and employee development

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role or related experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Prior experience with SAP system
• Leadership experience

Pay

$27.00/hr plus bonus potential and benefits

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
