Shipping Associate Night Shift

About the role

As a valued member of our dedicated warehouse team, you will play an essential role in delivering high‑quality, specialty food items to customers. In a fast‑paced, physically active environment you will unload incoming shipments, accurately receive and sort products, and prepare them for timely delivery. You will also organize, stage, and transport orders so they are ready for pickup by professional delivery drivers.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and place incoming inventory items away.
• Operate an RF handheld device to scan, pull, and pack items to fulfill orders.
• View prompts on screens and follow directions for specific tasks.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets for delivery.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lb.
• Carry up to 50 lb.
• Push/pull up to 30 lb of force.
• Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments ranging from 0 °F to 36 °F.
• Ascend and descend a 10‑inch step from the floor.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow directions, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Availability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to stand for long periods and to reach and bend.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous warehouse and/or cold‑storage experience.
• Experience operating RF handheld devices.
• Pallet jack and forklift experience (preferred).

Schedule

Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM (overnight shifts). Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required to support business needs.
