Shipping Associate Night Shift

About the role

As a valued member of our dedicated warehouse team, you will play an essential role in delivering high‑quality, specialty food items to our customers. In this fast‑paced, physically active environment you will unload incoming shipments, accurately receive and sort products, prepare them for timely delivery, and help organize, stage, and transport orders for pickup by our professional delivery drivers.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and place incoming inventory items away.
• Operate an RF handheld device to scan, pull, and pack items to fulfill orders.
• View prompts on screens and follow directions for specific tasks.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets for delivery.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lb, carry up to 50 lb, and push/pull up to 30 lb of force.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments ranging from 0 °F to 36 °F.
• Ability to ascend and descend a 10‑inch step from the floor.
• Excellent communication skills, ability to follow directions, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality; ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and to reach and bend as needed.

Preferred qualifications

• Previous warehouse and/or cold‑storage experience.
• Experience using RF handheld devices.
• Pallet jack and forklift experience (preferred).

Schedule

Sunday – Thursday, 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM (or until finished). Overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required to support business needs.
