Opportunity Snapshot

• Under the direction of the Shipping Supervisor
• Ensure finished products and materials are accurately prepared, inspected, packaged, and shipped
• Perform final quality and quantity inspections on outgoing shipments
• Package goods for various shipment methods
• Support internal teams and assist with additional shipping and warehouse responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate power tools and shipping equipment
• Perform final quality and quantity inspections
• Label and identify products
• Packaging and shipping preparation
• Complete required shipping paperwork
• Support internal teams
• Maintain housekeeping standards
• Avoid accidents and injuries

What You Need to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Previous warehouse, shipping, logistics, or related manufacturing experience
• Basic math skills
• Familiarity with computers and Microsoft Office
• Safe operation of shipping tools, hand tools, power tools, air tools, and packaging equipment
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently while supporting team goals in a fast-paced environment

Physical & Work Environment Expectations

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
• Regular lifting up to 50 lbs.; occasional lifting up to 100 lbs. with mechanical or team assistance
• Warehouse environment with active movement, equipment operation, and shipping activity
• Requires close attention to detail and visual focus for inspection and shipping accuracy
