Shipping and Receiving Associate (Shipping, Receiving, Inventory)

About the role

Responsible for receiving and shipping goods in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and process inventory transactions accurately.
• Ship outgoing orders promptly and ensure proper documentation.
• Handle inquiries from customers regarding product availability and shipment status.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate smooth operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory management systems.
• Familiarity with basic office equipment such as computers and printers.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of basic warehouse procedures and safety protocols.
