Responsibilities
- Manage the shipping, receiving, and tracking of small parcel and rental equipment while maintaining high standards of organization, communication, and safety.
- Package, weigh, and ship small parcels using approved carriers such as UPS and FedEx, ensuring safe and compliant transport.
- Receive and verify incoming shipments and new inventory against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Label and tag all assets with RFID and barcodes for accurate lifecycle tracking.
- Prepare and maintain complete shipping documentation, including bills of lading, and ensure all required signatures are obtained.
- Carefully coordinate all subrental and cross-rental logistics with internal teams and external vendors.
- Track all equipment movement with photos and detailed documentation to ensure accurate deliveries and returns.
- Communicate shipment status and resolve delays, discrepancies, or damages in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records of all logistics activity.
- Assist with general warehouse operations and perform non-CDL pickups and deliveries as needed.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, A/V warehouse operations, or logistics coordination.
- Familiarity with inventory and rental systems such as R2 and standard shipping documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and work safely in a warehouse setting.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for non-CDL vehicle operation.
