Shipping and Receiving Manager
Job Details
Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Shipping Manager leading scheduling, logistics, and customer coordination for high-volume production (1M+ parts/week). This is a leadership-focused role driving on-time delivery, process improvements, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a small team (4–7) across multiple shipping areas
- Own scheduling, planning, and shipment execution
- Act as the primary contact for customers on delivery and escalations
- Partner with production to ensure on-time, accurate shipments
- Improve shipping processes and routing as operations scale
- Utilize ERP/logistics systems (PLEX or similar preferred)
What We're Looking For
- High-volume manufacturing experience (automotive preferred)
- Prior leadership of small teams
- Strong communicator—customer and internal facing
- Experience improving shipping/logistics processes
- Familiarity with ERP/logistics tracking systems

Job Details
