Shipping and Receiving Inspector

Blue Aerospace, a HEICO subsidiary, is a global supply chain provider and an industry leader in the provisioning of innovative services and support concepts to military end users and their maintenance partners worldwide. We focus on aftermarket support of platforms and systems, working closely with customers and OEMs to ensure continued mission-readiness.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect all incoming goods.
• Verify all certifications and packing lists meet company standards.
• Examine and unpack incoming shipments; ensure they meet specifications and record issues.
• Perform visual inspection of packaging before accepting goods.
• Perform inspections and verify all inbound and outbound materials for accuracy and order completion.
• Complete inspection records, logs, rejection reports, etc., before inputting into ERP system.
• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks and shelves.
• Inspect and fill orders to be shipped to customers.
• Prepare orders for shipping by picking, scanning, and packing in an accurate and timely manner.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM shift. Overtime available at certain times.

Work Environment

Air-conditioned facility.
