Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory of all tools in the tool cage
• Sell slabs, tools and sinks to walk in customers
• Prepare and send digital offers and promotions to support branch sales
• Cook up special orders for Outside Sales Representatives and fabricators
• Research products details, pricing and pricing to Outside Sale Representatives and customers
• Prepare daily transfers from the tool cage to replenish tool vans
• Receive sink and tool transfers from suppliers and/or Triton Stone locations
• Follow up on opportunities, holds and sales orders

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of Retail Experience; preferred in the stone industry
• Solid math, verbal, and written communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Able to work independently and within a team
• Able to be well organized and self-motivated

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to move quickly to pull orders and wait on customers
• Must be able to stand & walk for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform the physical demands of this job
• Able to unload freight and stock shelves
• Able to use hands to keyboard for customer orders and to look up inventory
• Able to answer the telephone and take customer orders
