Key Responsibilities

  • Packaging and labeling boxes and crates for shipment according to company and carrier standards.
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and condition of received goods and confirm delivery information against purchase orders and shipping documentation.
  • Enter receipt details into the company’s ERP system.
  • Label and route materials to the appropriate departments.
  • Perform data entry related to shipping, receiving, inventory, and tracking systems.
  • Assist with resolving discrepancies in shipments, inventory, or documentation.
  • Prepare and verify shipping paperwork including packing slips, bills of lading and shipping labels.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Perform general warehouse tasks.
  • Operate forklift to move, load and unload materials.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.
