Shipping and Fulfillment Supervisor

Shipping and Fulfillment Supervisor Position Summary At Bomb Party, execution matters just as much as energy. The Shipping and Fulfillment Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped accurately, efficiently, and on time. This onsite role is responsible for supervising day-to-day fulfillment operations, supporting team performance, maintaining workflow consistency, and ensuring shipping standards are met in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, solutions-focused, and comfortable leading a team through daily operational priorities. Key Responsibilities Fulfillment Operations Supervise daily shipping, packing, picking, and fulfillment activitiesEnsure customer orders are processed accurately and shipped within established timelinesMonitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards throughout the fulfillment processIdentify operational bottlenecks and escalate or resolve issues quicklySupport inventory accuracy through proper handling, organization, and process compliance Team Leadership & Coordination Lead, coach, and support fulfillment team members during daily operationsAssign work, monitor performance, and ensure team members understand prioritiesReinforce safety, quality, attendance, and productivity expectationsSupport onboarding and training for new fulfillment team membersFoster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment Process, Quality & Accountability Ensure fulfillment procedures are followed consistently and accuratelyReview order accuracy, packing quality, and shipping documentationTrack errors, delays, and recurring issues to support continuous improvementPartner with leadership to implement process improvements and operational best practicesMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in alignment with company standards Reporting & Operational Support Provide updates to leadership on fulfillment status, staffing needs, and operational risksSupport daily, weekly, and monthly reporting related to shipping performanceAssist with scheduling, labor planning, and workload prioritizationCoordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure the timely resolution of orders or issues Qualifications 1–3 years of experience as a lead or in a supervisory roleExperience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse operations, logistics, or a related field preferredStrong organizational skills with high attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and follow-through skillsComfortable working hands-on while also leading and supporting a teamExperience with shipping systems, inventory tools, Microsoft Office, and operational tracking tools preferredAbility to stand, walk, lift, bend, and perform physical duties as required in a fulfillment environmentMust be able to work onsite About Bomb Party Bomb Party is a fast-growing, high-energy brand built on community, connection, and creating memorable experiences.
