Ship/Rec Specialist - Level 1
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy, resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Cook up with warehouse and logistics teams to optimize material flow and storage.

Qualifications
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Knowledge of inventory control processes and shipping documentation requirements.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills to track shipments and inventory.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role within supply chain or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
