Job Summary
Do you have a passion for leading a team to provide guests with an exceptional dining experience? Perkins American Food Co. is looking for a Shift Supervisor who is dedicated, ambitious, and seeks opportunities to grow their career. As a Shift Supervisor, you will oversee daily shifts, delegate tasks, and resolve problems as they arise. The Shift Supervisor works under the direction of the General Manager.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of prior management experience in family or casual dining is preferred
- ServSafe Food Manager Certification is preferred
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
- Strong planning, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, reach, and bend for extended periods
