About the role
Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time SHIFT SUPERVISOR at CHRISTUS Good Shepherd located at 811 South Washington Avenue, Marshall, TX 75670. Online applications are accepted only. The schedule is full-time, Monday through Sunday, with varying hours. Previous patient services and supervisory experience are required.
Responsibilities
- Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift
- Oversight of assigned job expectations while maintaining policies and procedures
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate the performance of workers, rewarding high performers and disciplining underperformers
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations
- Act as the primary contact for employees regarding complaints or requests for time off
- May serve as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage goal setting and advancement within the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous patient services and supervisory experience required.

Pay
$16.00 per hour to $20.00 per hour.
Schedule
