SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

ESFM is seeking a Shift Supervisor to join the team at Pfizer in Bothell, WA. This role directs the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversees that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and create work schedules
- Evaluate the performance of workers, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance
- Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety
- Act as the contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off
- May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization
- Perform other duties as assigned

Schedule
Full time schedule. Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm. More details upon interview.
Pay
$30.00 per hour to $34.00 per hour
